At Velorvi, we want every order to feel like the right one. If something doesn't work out, returning it should be simple and stress-free.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of checkout by emailing info@velorvi.com. Include your order number so we can locate it quickly.

After the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, as your order may have already entered processing. Once a package leaves our facility, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already shipped, you're still welcome to return it once it arrives, in line with the terms below.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories

Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products

You will not pay anything to return an item if it:

  • Arrived incorrect (not what you ordered)
  • Was damaged during shipping
  • Has a defect of any kind

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility when:

  • The wrong item was ordered by mistake
  • The item does not fit as expected
  • The item is no longer wanted

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us
Email info@velorvi.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Pack Your Item
Place the item back in its original packaging along with every tag, accessory, and document it came with.

3. Send It Back
Use the shipping instructions in your return authorization email. You're welcome to use the carrier or method we recommend there.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives, we check the item to confirm it meets the criteria above.
  • Refund Timing: After your return is approved, we begin processing your refund. Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, send a note to info@velorvi.com and we'll set up the swap for you.

Order Not Delivered

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, email info@velorvi.com with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

A small selection of items are not eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product page before you check out.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected here along with a new Last Updated date, so we encourage you to check in periodically. Continued use of our site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
